Thank you to the Burgundy Basin for the excellent service on Sunday afternoon for the Arc's annual holiday party! It was a great event, made even better by the outstanding service from beginning to end. Denise was wonderful to work with in planning the event, as was Sarah ( Host) on Sunday. It was very evident to all of ous that your staff did everything possible to make sure the event went as smoothly as possible. Every time I called with a question (and those times were numerous) your staff was polite and patient. They worked with me to find time for appointments that fit my schedule. The staff was very accommodating! I was able to converse with some of the staff and you have a great group of people working there! The food was good and we didn't run out of alcohol…Good job! Our hosts, Mike Clarcq and Carl were especially accommodating, responsive to our needs and made us feel at ease. We felt comfortable with Mike. He is very helpful, accommodating and friendly.
