Chair covers can transform any reception room!  If you can fit them into your budget I believe it is well worth the money.  There are just a few things to consider, mainly who will set them up and when can they get set up.

Many choose to rent their chair covers from a company that handles set up and tear down, that’s great, you don’t have to worry about anything, you’re done.  Many venues have a list of preferred vendors including chair cover rental companies they can share with you.

If you choose to purchase them online, a lot of times you will be responsible for setting them up, that’s not something you really want to have to deal with on your wedding day. It does take some time, so you want to be sure to talk to your venue in advance to see when the room will be available to set them up.  You will probably want to assign a friend or family member who is not party of the bridal party to set them up for you.
